A man storms Ogun School with thugs in order to attack the teacher who beat his daughter.
Mr Abidemi Oluwaseun, 35, was arrested by police for infiltrating a public school with goons in order to harm a teacher whom he suspected of beating his 15-year-old daughter. today is October 12th
Following a distress call received from the principal of Baptist Girls College Idiaba Abeokuta, three men invaded the school in an unregistered vehicle, armed with a brand new cutlass and threatening to hack down a teacher of the school with the cutlass, the suspect was arrested alongside two others, Fayesele Olabanji’m’ 25 years old and Alebiosu Quawiyu’m’ 24 years old.
According to DSP Abimbola Oyeyemi, spokesperson for the State Police Command, upon receiving the distress call, the DPO Kemta division, CSP Opebiyi Sunday, mobilized his men and proceeded to the spot where the three males were nabbed right inside the school grounds.
“They were found with an unregistered Toyota automobile and a cutlass.” Interrogated, Abidemi Oluwaseun admitted to hiring the other two guys to the school to teach the instructor who hit his daughter a life lesson.
“A preliminary inquiry found that, while the teacher was teaching, some pupils, including the suspect’s daughter, were insulting the teacher and disrupting other students.”
“After identifying those disturbing the class, the teacher flogged them as a disciplinary measure, but the suspect’s daughter went home and reported to her father, who recruited two thugs and invaded the school with a cutlass.”
CP Lanre Bankole, the state Commissioner of Police, has directed that the suspects be thoroughly probed and charged in court as soon as feasible. He further cautioned that the force under his direction will not accept such disruptive behavior in any public or private institution, as doing so amounts to taking the law into one’s own hands.
